i can't stop biting my nails, please help

I had a really bad episode and I ripped the fingernails off of my right hand.

So I have problem. The tip of my nails look really yellow whenever i try and grow them, even after I clean and wash them. Please help me

I used to bite my nails to the skin, but its getting better now. Cuticles are still pretty bad but I'm working on it.
Mad respect for people who take good care of their nails.

That was my biggest problem too. I never bit my nails but I bit the skin around it so much it would bleed and peel. Only just starting to kick the habit thank god

do you smoke? smoking can yellow your nails.
