Does anyone else have a problem with jackets being too warm ?

Yeah,but like it's weird when I'm in multiple different environments,i.e going to the park,then walking to a restaurant.

Just unzip/button the jacket. Your core is where all the heat is, not your arms.

drink more water maybe. i used to have a huge problem with overheating in inappropriate situations and i basically grew out of it by the time i turned 19-21. not sure why.
