Hey /fa/, I found this jacket from one of my favourite brands for cheap, but it was only available in M. I usually wear a large but it was a bigger medium, and is just tight around the shoulders/armpit area while generally being a tad short in the sleeves and torso.

It is 100% nylon on the outside and the lining is 100% polyester. Has anyone had experience with stretching this material? I feel that it probably isn't designed to. I was thinking of perhaps washing it in cold water and stretching it out whIle wet. However, any other suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

nylon doesn't stretch. You bought something that doesn't fit and you either squeeze into it or get rid of it.

Also, what brand was it?

It's an Obey jacket. A hooded coach jacket. $20, so I thought I'd make it work.
