I'm about to begin university soon, and I really enjoy wearing formal-esque attire. However, I also don't want to overdress and I know that wearing a full-blown suit to class is unadulterated autism and social suicide.
What is a good in-between for formal and casual? I'm thinking jeans w/ belt, shirt and blazer and unzipped jacket over the top - what do you guys think?

First off, don't wear jeans. Wear wool or dress pants, or chino's. Secondly wear white shirts. Wear long wool coats. Wear a stylish scarf. Onto shoes, don't go full sneaker. Stan smith is the most sneaker you can go. Dont go full dress shoes either. Go derby's or whatever.
