Argie here, thrift stores and underground places usually have some nice clothes, I've found really good imported jackets and boots for good prices in used clothes fairs

Yeah,your best choice would be Thrift stores and look out for sales in the shopping(Levi's is a great choice)
Also don't be afraid to try online stores,at the moment im checking out Enlighted and Posco(the former has a sale going on until the 28th,look it up)

I bought Doctor Martens once and they arrived in like a week (don't recommend Docs either). One of my favorite sites is Princess Polly, the quality is amazing and the package arrives in two weeks (I made two orders and they came exactly in 14 days).
