most pretty fould be straight bar lacing, but those are fuck hard to tighten and loosen.
Straight easy lacing archieves the same look, but the wear on the eyestay and the lace isn't evenly distributed.

Easiest to loosen and tighten is Over-under-lacing and helix-lacing.

I tie them. Stuffing in only work with shoes that have a hidden slip-on strap inside that hold the shoe in place, since stuffed laces won't do that.
