Lose weight. Then lose more weight. Eventually it goes away or you die.

I had facial edema as well. Go to a dermatologist, they'll probably prescribe isotentrenoin or some acne medication. I just got finished with the treatment and I still have minor swelling. It fucking sucks. The sooner you treat it the less permanent the damage will be. Good luck
