Not really. If you're doing some other form of exercise, eg lifting then u only need to do a rough 30 mins of cardio a day but other than that usually a lot of people get skinnyfat from too much cardio and none of the other stuff. You'll need to go at it for a solid coupley of months before you notice and good change
