An actual haircut would do a lot for you, you are not ugly, the hair just ruins it. If you are unsure just go with a classic side parted, this hairstyle suits most faceshapes. Also, do you have actual autism or just very little social skills?

either pull it back more or let it fall and part it somewhere (not in the middle), the volume is what's drawing attention to it

general advice for long wavy hair: curl enhancing leave in conditioner or anti-frizz leave in conditioner (in addition to whatever you use in the shower), sleep with it up in a loose bun in a scrunchie, use microfiber towels instead of terrycloth

get your split ends trimmed

find a washing routine that works for you, either no shampoo or sparingly, argan or coconut oil infused conditioner does wonders, brush your hair in the shower after applying conditioner

not saying it looks unhealthy or anything, just giving a few tips

you look fine, don't be too hard on yourself

Yea right now i dont use shampoo at all. It just makes it ugly and dry. I use Head and shoulders conditioner because i get dandruff. I never had it, but back in high school i got lice and and i had to use the anti lice shampoo and it killed my scalp (i think i was allergic to it or something). I put coconut oil on the tips after a shower sometimes, some chick at a party told me to and it works nicely.

would recommend finding something without sulfates in it, not good for your hair or skin
