Just realized it's a deck jacket, suede deck jacket with shearling inner, but still can't find it.

Pike Bros makes one that has mouton iirc. So do some jap 'americana' companies, like Iron Heart, Real McCoy's, Buzz Rickson, etc. But a suede outer is pretty uncommon for a deck jacket.

It could have been waxed cotton and not suede actually (I didn't have a very good look)
