I'll start:
What is the women's version of Grailed?
Do these fit me? I think I can go down a length.

is there a "go to" brand(s) for suspenders/braces? Like Arrow for shirts, Stetson for hats, or Doc Marten for boots?
I don't mind paying for quality but I just want something that looks like the Platonic ideal of suspenders, really don't need any designer touches and logo-branded $100 suspenders in my life.
I bought a pair at Target that I thought would be good. They looked fine but they were elastic and my heavy wool pants with a bunch of stuff in the pockets made them bounce around. Also, the fake leather on the button-holes split after a few years of once-in-a-while use.
any suggestions before I hit Amazon or whatever? I need button-hole ones not clip on
thanks

Poshmark, I guess

Mine are Olkain and they're great.
I also use them for heavy wool pants.
Buttonholes are leather and good quality.

What is the women's version of /fa/?

It looks like that word just means "suspenders" in I think Finnish. Are you sure that's the brand name, too? I'm just getting random brands from scandi shops with that word.
Is this too informal for a job interview? It's a horticultural job so it's relevant, maybe a bit tacky tho?

Too long.

Yea, a bit too informal I think. Not sure how the dress code is so it also depends.

Bought mine at varusteleka. Manufacturer seems to be olkain.fi
