what's your lifestyle
is your torso longer than your legs or the other way around
where do you live
what are your interests
what's your true disposable income for clothing
these are all factors that should, and do, play a role in personal style

I know what I like and is stylish but just trying to think more about form. Like would a baggy tshirt and skinny jeans work or whatever. For example if you are short wearing a longcoat makes your legs looks really short.

your proportions play a key role in that
truthfully, skinny people can wear anything as long as they exhibit a confidence that keeps you from questioning why they're dressed like that
but that's not to say only skinny people can dress well
you said you have cyclist legs, so dont ever wear skinny jeans
if you want to dress in a slimmer silhouette, wear straight leg pants and have them tapered
the mainstream silhouette is going to be very geared towards baggy from here on out until it dies again, but nowhere near the 90s/early 2000s
a baggy t shirt with skinny jeans makes you look top heavy, and usually shorter depending on t shirt length
doesnt mean it looks bad, but context is required
as of late, that look is very youthful/childish depending on a person's perspective
i'm rambling but get whatever you want out of this essay
