most people aren't like crazy ugly like cant ever get laid ugly. if you're average height+, dress well, and dont smell like trash you can still get ass though.

Dressing well is all that is required to be /fa/.
Ugliness might even be an advantage as it might make you stand out or highlight how good your clothes look or how great of a speaker you are, etc.
