One of the common symptoms of autism all across the spectrum is ineptitude when it comes to fashion sense and style. Whether it holds any ground or not, there are a number of clothing items that are commonly associated with autistic men:

-crocs
-huge gaudy running shoes like yours
-cargo pants
-brightly colored graphic tees
-ridiculously loose pants that pool around the feet
-"classy" "formal" wear when it is not required
-mixing formal wear with casual items, commonly shoes

So those massive, bulbous, gaudy, ugly looking things you have on your feet and other shoes like it will commonly be called "autism shoes"
