most mens retailers arent going to offer pants in all varieties of length and waist, i doubt you could find short pants that are fitted right unless theyre specifically designed to look cropped

Pants aren't just a "couple sizes short"
To find a pair of regular cut pants with ankles that short on you would mean it would be crushing your whole body because of how the rest of the pants fit
Cropped pants are tailored the same as regular pants in areas like the waist and seat, just that the legs are much shorter and perhaps also tapered, although it really depends on the cut
