yeah black is always the answer but unfortunately in some sports like cycling eg. its really hard to find either bike or kit thats fully black and its also not top fucking out of price range item ;_;

Local shop jerseys (assuming they aren't made for a team/club you aren't a part of)

Rapha makes nice, but kinda short, bibs in plain colours. Cadence used to. I have B-emme shorts since I hate bibs, and they're all black or mostly black with one white stripe at the hem.

If you go with black shoes/bibs, then just wear whatever jersey you want.

Honestly, colours aren't super important. Any knowledge you already have in colour coordination would apply here.
