every source online claimed that they fit tts but my pair falls off the back of my foot when walking, even when worn with thick socks.
i can't return them so what the hell do i do now

I have similar shoes from Carven. I guess yes. I just put some thin leather sole into them so they fit better. Sizing down would make them uncomfortable.
