my problem is my head being too small. i need to buy glasses for kids. i never wear caps or anything but they would not fit me anyway.

If you can't make your head smaller then make your body bigger (muscle). I would also stay away from longer hair styles, or at least ones that emphasise volume.

you can't make your head smaller, so make your body bigger. IMO it's not as bad as you think, it's just that you're very thin. Working out and eating better should fix that desu, nothing to worry about

I'd say just embrace it, usually baggy tops and skinny pants look good in bodies like yours
Also, your haircut makes your head a little bigger, maybe concider curting it shorter, or style it to go down instead of up? A fringe?
