Hey OP. I actually bought and received the 5.11 backpack just last week. I haven't tested it myself yet but I can take pictures and tell you about it myself if you want. I'm 5'7", so it's actually really big in comparison to my body and my previous backpack which was more akin to the Rush 24. I've never seen that Rothco pack and I did a lot of research on tactical backpacks, so I can't say anything about it. But I will say this Rush feels really tough and isn't bad looking at all.

Those backpacks wouldn't be half as ugly and retarded looking if they didn't have any MOLLE straps. If you buy one be sure to remove them and their stitching. There'll probably be huge noticeable holes all over the place, but it will still be better, and slightly less homosexual looking, too.
