pokemon reference aside when looking at the design elements on their own it reminds me of vibskov, beirendonck, willhelm, sibling and a bunch of those london designers known for their wacky knitwear. so yes if you have an expansive knowledge of those designers and the way they put those elements together then i could see someone being able to pull this off in an actual dope way, not le ironick fashion leol instagrummmm
