I think Alpha Industries' CWU pilot jacket is what you're looking for. It's loaded with patches though. It isn't the exact jacket that you have posted, but I believe it is fairly close.

It sadly does not come in olive (if you're looking for that color specifically). I don't know if you've purchased anything from Alpha Industries before but I can safely say that the money you spend is worth it.

If my confirmation doesn't suit you, you can try to find a used one on a website such as Grailed. I doubt you're gonna steal one for like $50.00, but any discount can help.

I wish I could help more but I'm not a big fan of military apparel so I can't give you a lot of leads. Rothco is fairly inexpensive so I suggest you check them out.
