With the right shade of brown on his jacket, a different tie (or no tie at all) and a white/navy shirt would make this a killer look.

The fit itself on everything is great, from the height/width/length of his pants to his impeccably tied tie, but the dude doesn't know how to work colours at all. Makes him look like a charicature like other people have noted.

Still, all he would have to do is get another jacket like that in a better brown colour, use one of his other shirts (white, light blue or navy, they'd all work well) and skip the tie and he'd be better dressed than 95% of everyone on /mfa/ and /fa/.
