I don't think you understand what socialism is. Socialism is just a blanket term for an economic policy with an intent on benefiting the collective as opposed to the individual, who capitalism is intent on benefiting. It's important to remember that capitalism and socialism lie on the ends of a continuum and a society can have aspects of both creating something in the middle.

The Nazi economy was centered around private industry in cooperation with the state. Hitler actually relaxed many restrictions on business, in order to curry favor with the German elite.

I don't know all the ins and outs of Denmark's relevant policies but they do include tax funded health care for all citizens which is a socialist policy. Again, Socialism and capitalism are not either or. Denmark lies closer on the spectrum to socialist than the U.S. does which lies closer to capitalist but neither is completely one or the other.

National Socialism wasn't socialism, Hitler abhorred social/commu/Marxism. The Nazi Party essentially used socialism to springboard their grassroots movement. If anything, National Socialism referred to the people of a state coming together for the good of the state, not their economic system.

It's very naive to think fascism only applies to "the leaders" and everyone else is just subject to torture and deprivation of some kind. Had this been the case I can assure you fascism would never have gotten anywhere. Camaraderie, community, following a benevolent leader, building something up together, working for things greater than yourself are all concepts found in many ideologies because they appeal to basic human nature.
You can take my word for it or also have look at how many people post just soldiers or HJ, people with no particular power, cogs in the machine, who are just doing their duty. Even the most authoritatively dressed Allgemeine SS are just a bodyguard.
The Nietzsche concept of the super human has very little to do with ruling or leading thereby deriving your strength from others. It's the opposite, simple internal strength. It requires no one to rule over but your own body and mind.
