Hair is fine like that. Shave. Different glasses because those don't do you any favours. The shirt is too big, and it's also a graphic shirt. The shirt is big so it's hard to tell how much you weigh but you'd look good on the thinner side (like most people).

get a jarhead or HY haircut, you'd probably look best with no hair on the sides, grow it on the top tho
stand up straight
get /fit/
get literally a whole new outfi, that shirt is garbage, those jeans are bad. your shoes are too blurry to make out but they look not-terrible so that's whatever.

Sorry but have not better camera.
I will try to get a better haircut, use gel.
Also just started on the gym.

Get different glasses.
No graphic, over-sized tees.
Get better fitting pants.
Get better shoes.
Overall just read the sticky and get a really basic, cheap wardrobe. Then get fit. Then get slowly upgrade your wardrobe. All this while lurking more. You're not bad looking, you'll be fine.

Also, shave that sorry excuse for a moustache.
