He doesn't have muscle mass, he's just so lean that that's all that really shows. If you want a slim-fit look then literally just do cardio and core workouts. Wouldn't recommend any muscular hypertrophy. A light diet is a good way to stay on track too. Eat less carbs than you burn and all that jazz
