I'm 6' and 140 lbs but like almost no muscle mass and core so my torso looks like an hourglass

He doesn't have muscle mass, he's just so lean that that's all that really shows. If you want a slim-fit look then literally just do cardio and core workouts. Wouldn't recommend any muscular hypertrophy. A light diet is a good way to stay on track too. Eat less carbs than you burn and all that jazz
