What is this? And why do like 80% of all the hair I loose have this hard yellow/white stuff that I can slide of with the finger and the root is underneath?

Is it sebum? Any dermbros or guys with similiar shit that knows what the fuck is going on?

Exactly my man.

Speaking from experience, I mixed with my shampoo:

1 drop Tea Tree
1 drop Lavender
1 drop Eucalyptus

No more than this. Do it for a month, and you should be fine. If not, go see a dermatologist.
