This is actually genius. Adam Sandler knows he's ridiculed for the way he dresses, and he's obviously accepted it. He chose to wear this trollface shirt and combined it's pure shittyness with the face's trademark message "you mad?". The message is meant to speak straight to the viewer, who is no doubt jealous of Sandler's wealth and can do nothing but make fun of the way he dresses. As long as the viewer is making fun of this picture, the gloating eyes of Sandler's trollface stare back at them, reminding them that they'll never be as rich or famous as him and yet he still dresses like this.

Average people in every country dresses like shit. We're special, fashionable people are few everywhere, not everyone can be as good as us.
