I live in Prague, CZ. Mostly it's a combination of on the left in OP's pic mixed with subtler, more muted type sneakers like all-white asics and such, but even those seem to be more favoured by that kind of young woman tumblrite who wears all black and posts aesthetics on her instagram. My rotation is generally core black NMDs, grey timbs, and black Nike LF1 duckboots, and I hardly see anyone else wearing any of these–even timbs are quite rare. Chucks and Superstars are mad popular though. Never see Yeezys, and I don't know enough about Jordans to recognise anything but the black toe type and those new space black ones.

Not really.
In Europe most people have some sneakers, those are the most common shoes, but you'll see derbies and loafers too.
You won't see many chelseas, but possibly some desert boots in summer, and military style boots year round.
Summer also calls for loafers (penny loafers or venetians, I've never seen anybody in monks, single or doubles, on the street) or sandals.
