Jacket is bad overall, the sleeve lengths are too long. The pants are the biggest give problem though. Pleaded pants look bad with the way he's trying to pull it off, and there is too much break. His shoes, just no.

The sweater is tight and tries to create a much sleeker silhouette than the pants. The outline is better with the outer layer, but it's a really poor jacket to wear in that outfit. The top half is so busy with different textures and colours and layers, and then you have this enormous block of boring bullshit leading into shoes that look like they've been sanded down.

Would look better with a plain tee hidden under the sweater, a longer jacket or no jacket, shoes that are a consistent colour, and pants that don't look like you're trying to bring back flared bottoms but still have to remain professional for your job as an lawyer's secretary's accountant.
