You could grow it out but you'd need to start learning ways to maintain it better. For starters shampoo less frequently. Start with every second day and work yourself up. It's a shock at first but hair is surprisingly better to work with when you use less shampoo. (yeah it's the fucking memeboy millionaire here. >no poo meme!)
And you'll need to start using better product and styling it more
Also you'll need to start cleaning your face better. Hair is oily and your acne Is yup/10. Shower with warm to hot water, clean your face with a clean cloth, let your pores open and use a ridiculously gentle soap every 2nd day, not every day. End the shower using cold water to close your pores. Change your pillow cases and sleep on a clean towel.

I think you should tighten up the sides and the back. Not full on undercut, but shorten it up a little bit.

What can you do when your hairline is not only high, but also quite wide (if that makes sense).

I'm finding that as a grow my hair longer, my pretty bare temples stand out a lot more and i'm quite conscious of it.

It was never a problem when I had bang style hair but I feel i've grown out of them a bit. I also cannot grow a beard so it stands out even more.

Okay so a few things.
I'm terrible with a camera. I can never take what I think is a good picture of myself, but I tried. I think my face might be mildly distorted by the way I took my pictures but I tried hard not to let that happen.

I haven't gotten a haircut in months because I never know what I should do with my hair. I'm new to this whole "caring about how I look" think because I grew up as an only child living in the middle of nowhere who only interacted with people when I was at school.

Usually I just got a buzz cut because no combing and no styling effort required but I like having the ability to actually do stuff with my hair, I just cannot decide on a style to go with.
As of now my hair has finally gotten long enough to annoy me and just not look good at all in my opinion.

How do I get my hair to behave like this? Their hair, especially the lead singer's, just seems really loose and is able to move around freely. My hair doesn't act like that. If I shook my head around, all my hair would just kind of weave together and get caught, preventing it from moving much at all. I think it's either because my hair is really thick and straight, or because I shampoo 1-2 times a day. My skin is so greasy that if I don't shampoo daily, my hair looks and feels disgusting. Here's some honest advice which I actually learned here around 2 years ago (this is my first time back since).

Diet completely fixed mine. All I eat now is rice, vegetables, chicken/turkey mince, oats and fruit. You just need to spend time experimenting with what will work and you'll get an idea of how long it takes and what certain foods cause it.

I tried accutane which was the only thing that worked prior, although it didn't last after going off it. You may be pleasantly surprised. It does take some discipline obviously, especially at the start, and mostly if you have a bad sugar addiction.
