Does anyone know of any anti aging items that really help? I look ten years older than I am and I hate it. When I was younger I wouldn't moisturize and now I'm super fucked dudes. Also, skincare general.
Hydration + sleep.
Proper diet, moisturizing n vitamins are your next best bet - anti-aging products are most just moisturizer w vitamins anyway.
And stay the fk out of the sun
Use moisturizer several times a day; I do it pretty much every time I walk in the bathroom. I already look a bit younger in the face, never mind being a skinny 5'6 manlet, but I eat a ton of sugar, which saps collagen from your skin, so I am fucking it up for myself. The moisturizer is making me look clean in spite of all the junk, though.

Vitamin C serums are meant to be good for that, but I haven't tested it myself so can't say for sure

Check out dermarolling. Internet says it's pretty effective.

This. Make sure you moisturise while your skin is still damp.
Also, Vit E supplements, exfoliate, an humidifier in room at night. Also a bit of sun helps, vit D helps UV damaged skin. You need to be careful though, too much will hurt more than it helps.
