Get some shoes with laces. Thin tie is alright but you should wear a jacket or it comes across as weak. It should also reach your belt line.

You have the overall idea but nothing really fits. You look like you brought a pic of a model from GQ to Macy's and had them fit you like you're a 9/10 with 10/10 body which is the only type that can pull of this look in perfectly tailored clothing.

On you it looks, no offence, feminine. Just go for the classic fit and if it's too baggy have it tailored slightly to fit your body. That way your clothes will fit your proportions properly instead of stretching oddly where it shouldn't and being lumpy where it should be slim.

Pants atleast needs to be ironed, they look like a pair of jeans straight out of the washing machine. The tie should be broader (skinny ties are for pussies, and a broader tie will fit better with your build). The shirt is perhaps a bit too small (skinny? ), but then again, perhaps not noticeably so. No comments on the shoes, they probably work but thats it.

That tie. What's the interview for? To be lead singer of my chemical romance? The tie must be larger, and the end must fall slightly over your belt/trouser hem. This skinny tie business you must save for gay orgy induction ceremonies.

Your trousers don't fit properly. They should sit straight leg all the way down. sticking to your kneecaps and replicating skinny jeans is a no no. The bottom of your pantleg shouldn't need to be rolled up or bunch up at the end of your shoe. When you sit you should be exposing about 1-1 1/2 inches of your ankle. 2 inches is fine, 2 1/2 is pushing it.

Your shirt looks like you've had it since your 8th grade graduation. You're fit, we understand, but unless you're interviewing for chippendales or a porno, it shouldn't stick to your chest as much as it does. There is tailored and then there is ill fitting. your shirt is ill with a flu. Sort it.
