Looking for a parka that will keep me comfortable in sub 20C (-4F) throughout a long winter in eastern Europe, I've been living in the UK all my life but recently moved to Finland so I need something that will keep me warm in quite low temperatures with lots of snow, rain, and wind.
My price range will be something preferably below £200 ($250) but that can stretch a bit higher if there's something really nice.

Learn to layer bro, and buy some nice comfy down, if you really want be in just a T shirt and a parka, then make sure that the parka can close out so no wind can enter and chill your ass.
