Got a top coat from Zara. Thinking of returning it because I'm not a fan of the material/quality. What other top coats should I look for under $400?

I like my Noose and Monkey Overcoat alot I wear it alot got nothing but compliments. My only problem is the inside lining which is in a color Im not fond of.
