EU, but winters here are pretty warm and it rarely snows. I can get them for under 100$ and i guess im asking if they are quality shoes.

i wore a pair of mid-high palladiums for 4 winters in montreal. they were fantastic. just make sure you have nice big wool socks

then you'll be fine. Again, just make sure you wear them with some nice socks. they have great grips so you'll be able to make your way around even if the streets get covered in snow and ice
