This. It just looks like you tapped you brush on your jeans a bunch and called it a day.
If it looked more natural and you're an artist you could pull it off but only if it's not autistic like the picture.

One time I painted a porch in some jeans. Afterward, they were so evenly splattered that I decided to wear them casually, and at least one person told me they wanted a pair of their own.

I don't get that sort of reaction. It's different from distressed jeans; everyone's jeans get distressed, but not everyone paints at all. If you really want jeans like these, why not go paint something?
