For starters, sort your hair regime out. Use shampoo less often (your hair looks dry enough as it is, so maybe 2-3 times a week tops), make sure to condition and avoid applying heat until your hair has healed.

For style, without seeing your face its hard to say but just clean up the sides and back and keep it longer on top (don't go full undercut, just tone it down)

To help with acne, have you tried getting in touch with a dermatologist? If you do, demand a prescription as fast as possible. Seeing as your acne is as mine was a few months ago you might be fine with a simple bout of antibiotics. However if that doesn't work accutane is ur best bet

to be fair 7.5 is v good already so don't expect to be able to change that by a great amount. Your cheeks are a little bit puffy, could be caused by a lot of reasons but losing a bit of weight does bring out and highlight one's facial structure so within reasonable limits you could try that.

Also, I'm by no means a make up expert but contouring seems to work wonders for most people so you could give that a shot too.
