What is the most effay slip on shoe, /fa/? I've been wearing pic related for years and now they're starting to break. Looking for something that I can just put on and go walk the dog or when I go for a quick visit to the nearby kiosk, and hopefully look effay as I do so. What do you guys wear?

I'm looking for leather black slip-ons, like pic related.
I don't like the perforation or the logo on the upper-left Vans, nor do I like the gold numbers in the common projects. The third doesn't quite have the right silhouette, either.
Any other shoes like these? I see them all over the place, but I can't seem to find what people are getting. Are they just getting some cheap H&M knockoff?
I've looked into Diemme, but it's hard to find (even used). Greats looks all right, but is a bit slim for my taste.
