If you aren't even sure of an item solo then you obviously don't know how you'd need to style these either so for you, it really doesn't matter, does it?
Whether something is /fa/ or not very often depends on your styling skills, overall proportion and occasion appropriateness, the rest of your wardrobe and your complete look.

IF they are quality boots, they can be styled to be /fa/. If they are cheaply made or you are a schlub, not so much.
Also making a thread for them is dumb, this could have been asked in the general thread.
