You should be fine walking for an hour a day. If you do 700 calories a day, I wouldn't suggest doing any exercise that elevates your heart rate, but walking should be fine. Like the other anons said, just don't over do it and make sure that you're hydrated.

I didn't really change what I ate, but I brought down the quantity IMMENSELY. I have a thyroid issue, so I needed to go all the way to 700-800 a day in order to lose weight faster.

It's been around 6 weeks so far, and I've lost 23 lb. I can't help but want to lose even faster, even though I know that is pretty decent time. *Sigh* I am not a patient person.

Any good ways to bide your time as you lose weight? It's on my mind all the time. To the point where if I hit a plateau for even a day or two, I start to get anxious.

Depending on your gender, age, height, and some other tiny factors, you should probably try to aim for 1400-2000 calories a day.

The problem is, I can tell you exactly what you need to do and how you need to do it, most of the people that are on /thinspo/ can, but you have to have the drive to get back to eating healthy food and amounts of food and it's gonna be hard.

Step 1 usually realizing there's a problem. Eating 250 calories a day is dangerous for your body, you need enough energy to function, you know this, I know this, your body knows this and is starting to give way already if you're vision blacks out at all, let alone for nearly a minute for when you stand up.

Step 2, and the very hardest step to most thing, you have to start. You're already pretty deep in, so as of reading this post, you REALLY need to start right away. No more "tomorrows" or "I'll start when the time seems right." The time will never seem right and there's a tomorrow after tomorrow that'll keep you from wanting to start.

Step 3, you've made it through the difficult stages. You need to make a change, even one small change at a time. Anything. Eat something healthy maybe. increase your caloric intake by a little bit. Make it 350. Add a slice of bread into your daily food intake. It doesn't have to be all at once, maybe you can eat half of it in the middle of the day and the other half later on. Maybe fourths if half is too much.

Step 4, keep this up, keep adding little changes. It doesn't have to only be food either, go for light walks to keep your body healthy, obviously this will actually burn a few calories, but in return you'll probably be hungry from walking and at only like 60 calories burn per mile walked, I think you'll be fine.

Obviously what I just wrote isn't the most amazing guide, but it's a start. I may just be an internet stranger to you, but I care enough to have written this out, hopefully you can follow it.

Obviously, after any fast, you would lose weight, as you're not eating the required amount of calories. But, I don't recommend it, because of vitamin deficiency, coldness, loss of energy, etc. It also sends you into a downward spiral of weight loss that you can't maintain, and you usually end up ballooning back to your original weight, or above.

If you do decide to go ahead with the fast, remember to stay hydrated and take your vitamins.

I've actually tried becoming thinspo and in the process of losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks by sitting on my ass playing WoW all day, I have no sympathy towards fat lazy people.

A mealcuck is someone who eats tiny meals frequently for the sake of weight loss instead of the more traditional full-plated meals.

IF is intermittent fasting. It's basically eating only like two times a day, period. So that allows for a large meal since it may be the only time you eat that day.

i.e. A meal cuck may get 70% of their allowed calories for a meal if they ate a tablespoon of peanut butter. While someone on IF could eat that plus 600 more calories because that is the last time they will be eating that day.
