They have sellers on ebay and amazon, this is where I mostly go. There is also dedicated websites but there a little harder to navigate and there the ones selling on amazon/ebay anyway.

Get a Bundeswehr Flecktarn Parka for 20 bucks, looks great and is authentic.
Optional: Dye it with some weak die and rip the german flags out.

eBay if you want a genuine one.
One time I bought a box of 5 of them (3 unused, 2 slightly used) for $75, dated from the 90's. Also got a desert camo and some OD, all genuine.

The M81 camo (like your pic) M65's are easy to find under $100. Just sort through listings and in a week or two you'll find a good one. Make sure you check the tags, it's easy to tell the difference between repro and genuine.

Army surplus stores are overpriced most of the time.
