Getting upset over your looks and paying a rich doctor who doesn't make money saving lives but providing some kind of surgical safe space for peoples bodies is faggy and dumb.

If you look like a mutant, than surgery probably isn't going to fix it. If not, work with what you got. You might need to lose some weight, shave your head, workout, change your diet, or something but just make it work.
