You can actually get a style that looks a bit like this from actual designers. But to do so you need to actually know your shit and to have actual fashion knowledge, which you very obviously don't

The other way to get this kind of style is to buy shitty clothes from cosplay brands, which will make you look like an actual retard and will never fit you anyway

So my advice is to forget about it for now, and to keep learning until you have enough knowledge to actually pull off avant garde fashion. It will be long, you will fail a lot, people will laugh at you, but in the end you'll get what you want or you'll give up if that was a mere edgy teenager thing

Well a whole lot of different things actually, not just dressing like a mall ninja.

It originally started with early alpinist goretex garments, introducing next-gen textile technologies, and sick futuristic looks, with bright colors and innovative cuts. First it was the technologies that were used for everyday clothes: breathing trenchcoats, hydrophobic designer suits, ultralight no-seam underwear... then different brands like Jack Wolfskin, Millet or The North Face started to produce more casual lines using the same innovations. Later on, military/tactical clothing became a thing, dropping the old cold war uniforms for more technology inspired by outdoor lines, first adopted by mountain troops and special forces, and eventually influencing everything with its own colors and cuts.

There are plenty great non-ninja brands: Outlier, Arc'teryx Veillance, The North Face Purple, Finisterre, Nike NSW, Canada Goose, Fjällrävenn, Oakley, Under Armor, Carhartt, Patagonia, Lowe Alpine, Salomon, Vaude, Columbia, Uniqlo...

Then came the tech ninja, future tech, and other meme styles, and suddenly it was all bullshit clothes that are so expensive no one buys them but it's okay because they're so ugly no one wears them. But techwear is much more than that, please don't simplify it to a bunch of cosplay-grade chink memes.
