Long hair

Currently growing out for 6 months. Got a job interview (casual) coming up and I'll go to the barber before. Should I keep it like is, little cleanup or get a totally new haircut and forget longer hair?

not really sure honestly,I think my hair is pretty thick and thats why it does it. sometimes I use seasalt spray and I dont use tons of shampoo so maybe its that?

Been growing my hair out from the over-memed undercut. Been meaning to grow it out to get something like Chris Hemsworth, but now I'm leaning towards a young Leo. Any suggestions?
