It's hard to find lots of nice anoraks. I've only found 3, one of which is pic related and is sold out on h&m's site. These I like as well. Post some nice anoraks.
Also: Jacket general
Would be good if I linked the other jackets too.

fleece lined windbreakers any good?
I really need to know where i can get this Mackintosh jacket
>>11871922
na you really want a windbreaker to be unlined or mesh lined, wear a separate garment underneath for the warmth.

I'm thinking about it too, they're nice
>>11872472
they are nice, but expensive as hell, unless im converting the money incorrectly
>>11872390
Carhartt Nimbus jackets are good. I got one in green and it's comfy af. useful for me since I cycle everywhere and it keeps the wind and rain off me. I think they've sold out in most of the alternative colours though, pretty much only navy and black left. They're £130, so cheapish on the spectrum of quality jackets, and they are well made.
>>11871703
Bro, nbs. That H&M anorak looks dope af, DESU I might just cop it despite it being from H&M, it's only 50 bucks out a nigga's pocket.

thanks anon I've been eagerly waiting for a response
Ok guys go easy on me, first /fa/ post. I live in Central Italy so it only goes down to about 0C in my area, I'm looking for a cheap warm jacket that I can wear to work when it's still really cold in the morning or going out but only if it gets real cold, otherwise I have a nice Aspesi insulated M65 that's /fa/ and somewhat warm.
It also makes me needs to be practical for /out/, I don't do extreme trekking or shit but I love the winter, walking through the snow and travelling to nord Europe.
I have the possibility of buying everything from Patagonia at a 20 % discount. I'm eyeing the Down Sweater Hoody... How is it?
>>11876721
I quite like the logo and the brand is relatively inoffensive, certainly not hypebeast shit. However, if you wanted it's just sown onto fabric, you could easily take it off without damaging the integrity of the jacket.

check out the Cage Parka by Cheap Monday, it's quite similar, although this year's model and last year's model is not fishtail, only the older ones, it costs 160 EUR, i got last year's model on sale for 50 EUR this summer
>>11882977
Does Cheap Monday even ship to the US? :(
>>11879463

>>11883163
Well I know, but want a single jacket that will be warm enough to to wear on its own without proper layering.
>>11883096
nope, they only ship to EU
but you can get it elsewhere too, check lyst.com, you'll find several shops which sell the parka
Asos has it as well
>>11879463

Its worth it, I ended up using 4 things of rit dyemore in a big pot and stirred it for an hour, took some time to get all the excess dye out but its basically jet black, you can kinda see the pattern in some lights but whatever, it looks kinda cool. Just use 5 if you want to be sure its jet black.
>>11884831

recently copped this one
>>11886886
that's pretty good. is it waterproof?
>>11886888

>>11881088
Don't buy it retard
Australian here. I wear a jacket maybe once or twice a year. I'm going to Asia in December though. I'm confused on how to layer. Does a windbreaker (which as far as I know is just a thin, plasticy material jacket) go over another jacket or what?
>>11881056
w2c samehada?
What kind of jacket do you wear in Southwest Florida? I'm clueless and need help. Mabey pic related?
>>11887810
Aussie here who goes to Asia a lot lol
Most windbreakers as you know them are just shells which are usually layered over a fleece or another thermal layer. In all honesty if it's going to be 0-10 degrees Celsius you probably only need a waterproof jacket, a shirt and a thermal (check uniqlo for heattech). Alternatively you can just throw a hoodie on and another jacket on top, but if you're walking a lot as I typically do overseas then you might get a bit hot
>>11888040

Does anyone know, are jackets made by this company particularly durable?
I was searching for military-grade clothing earlier, and their name turned up.
And now I coincidently run across one of their jackets here.
Is it true they have military-ish durability?
Can anyone recommend any other brands?
And I'm not really looking for literal surplus stuff, because I already have plenty of it.
>>11890208
No, its not. I have bought two jackets from them before, my father has bought 3. Its overpriced and non-durable.
>>11890274
Thanks for telling me.
Shit, I want something as long-lasting as an M65, but made commercially.
w2c jacket like Max's here
