What brushes, creams etc do you recommend?

Synthetic brush
Soap, not cream (although there are some good cream options out there, but mostly overpriced).

this
dont buy a fucking 80 dollar hurrr badger hair brush
they all do the same thing, just get a 8 dollar kabuki brush
that red turkish soap which is like 10 for 20 bucks
and an edwin jagger razor with feather blades
dasss it mayne
If you can afford a cheap badger brush, it will last you longer than a cheap synthetic. Mine ran about $45 and it's held up for years. My $8 omega brush fell apart in months. Obviously don't spend $100 on something, that should be a given.
Cream is over priced. Even proraso soap is alright. But I've liked col conk, muhle, and Taylor of old bond. Haven't used much else.
Blades vary by person. Feathers are razor sharp; awful if you have sensitive skin. Bluebird is better for sensitive skin, and I've found Astra sits in the middle. Buy a sampler pack to rule some out.

A natural hair brush will always out preform a synthetic

Me again here

Don't buy a make up brush, bad advice. There are good $10 synthetics on the market now

Mix of right/wrong here, no badger won't last you longer than a synthetic, omega brushes are outdated and replaced by better synthetics. Proraso is just alright, but Conk, Muhle and TOBS are all garbage. Blades vary and a sampler pack is good advice but you can't say one blade is good/bad for sensitive skin, it all varies.

What are you stuck in 2008? Synthetics are the best value and perform great these days. If you're not a hobbyist they're the way to go.
Pic related.
Any soap that comes in a bar I can lather in my hands and put on my face?

Dove?
Seriously, how to shave properly. My whole face bleeds afterwards.
The stuff I use. Truefitt & Hill is the best.

Why are all of you such faggots, just slap some shaving cream onto your face with your fucking hands

Lol do u have Parkinson or some shit? If ur over 15 u should never get cut due to your own technique, maybe ur hair fucks you over but still.

Is that an Edwin Jagger razor?
I have the exact one :)
Why prepare soap in a bowl with a brush when you can use a gel?
>>11866001
easier and more accurate to spread around with a brush
plus it's fun to make a lather
>>11864018
nope, wont work

I use a makeup brush, works like any other brush
