Hey, /fa/, I'm really attracted to old style fashion, and I think the period between 1966-1974 probably had some of the best fashion in history. Any tips/suggestions/recommendations on how to best replicate this? Doesn't have to be 100% but enough that I wouldn't look out of place if I was suddenly transported back.

Whats a more specific question? Like how to achieve this look? I personally look up old 60s bands and save pics for inspo then go to thrift stores and try to find similar pieces, I got for more of a beatnik look which is much easier to get what with all the black, but this is a fun look you can pick out old velvet vests high waisted pants loose blouses wide hats styled hair

Roger Barrett was never actually crazy. He was a drug addict who consumed far too much substances between the period of 1966-1970(ish) that impacted his ability to deal with pressure, and he is rumored to have also had Asperger's to some extent. Drugs fucked Syd up, but he wasn't crazy. He went to a rehab clinic in the late 70s (I think? Everything after 1970 gets really fuzzy) and they found nothing wrong with him except the fact that he was extremely eccentric, but fuck, that doesn't make people crazy.

The meme that Syd Barrett was schizophrenic is a slanderous lie peddled by Roger Waters and Pink Floyd, trying to profit off of their friend's good name.
