Facial hair transplant maybe? I hear they are pretty common. A lot of surgeons who do hair transplants also offer facial hair transplants and my bet is they are cheaper.

I've got pretty much the same set of face pubes as you sir, but I have given up the dreams of a decent stubble years ago.

I don't shave clean tho - I maintain the length just under the level of being able to distingush individual hair. I suggest you do the same (trim all this fennel halfway down and keep it that way hoping that one day it's gonna get dense enough).
