I can't do that shit. one time I tried going vegetarian for a few months and should have taken vitamin and mineral supplements but I didn't.
in the end I had hair loss and I constantly felt like meat was seriously missing in my diet. true story. I don't know how some people do it. it's nuts and not good for you. plus, most fat is beneficial for you.
