This thread is dedicated to GUYS that have problems being effay with big calves, thighs and ass. What core should we go for?

My measurements are roughly: 42cm/16.5inch calves, 57cm/22.5inch thighs, 95cm/37.4inch ass and 29 inch waist, 173cm.

I'm pretty fit but it hurts having no pants with a decent fit, my torso is pretty V-shaped too both from the side and front so nothing effay at all actually fits well.

It hurts, help

Same here. I'm 62kg at 175cm, and my legs are huge, especially my calves. I've been riding my bike a lot lately, but as far as I know, my legs have always been like this. I've read somewhere that calf size is mostly genetic, and that they're almost entirely made of muscle (unless you're fat), as fet doesn't tend to settle there. Any truth to this?
>>
>>11831278
>hugo boss
ew

But still they look pretty fucking thin

>>11831281
Yeah, most of my family have big calves, none of my friends do. /fit/ confirms this as well

calves are mostly genetic, but cycling really helps build them in my experience.

Levis 541 athletic fit are your friend. Bonobos also have quality athletic fit pants and shirts made for a wider shoulders. Gotta be honest bud, if you are /fit/ then you aren't going to look good in the hungry skelie styles on /fa/. If you are young and don't want to dress like your dad stick to athletic fits with joggers and performance tops. Once you start creeping towards 30 though it is time to embrace /mfa/, workwear, or dress like a greaser.
>>
>>11831266
Dadcore tends to look actually quite hot on big guys.
>>
>>11831460
I'm a womanlet who lifts

if your natural theres no prob just lower bodyfat and youre in the thin effay range...genuinely big roided up guys should just embrace their inner douche and forget fashun

I'm not from the US and I dont like online shopping for obvious reasons.

Think I'm going for shia core, any good stretch jeans? 511s?

>>11831486
Yeah but I'm a whimsical student and really not big

>>11831498
Yeah natural, but if you had big calves you'd know that isn't possible, the calves have the least amount of fat on them of any bodypart.
>>
>>11831525
Dr Denim makes some good stretch jeans
>>
>>11831525
The 541s I bought fit much better than those ones. I think they just grabbed one of their thin models without the glutes or legs to fill those out.
>>
>tfw my only problem is big fat thighs
>>
Buy big fuck off pants that fit your thighs and get them tapered to your calves at a tailor's my g, cheap and v effective solution
>>
>>11831708
This is what I've been doing for the last few years
>>
>>11831708
It's usually the other way around that's the most difficult, pants too tight at the calves and not the other way around.
>>
>>11831266
They look like the have testicles on the back of their legs.
>>
>>11831525
Nah 541s are pretty good. They are roomy in the thigh area and slightly tapered. I would suggest you to go to a Levi's store and try them out before just to make sure.
>>
>>11831486

Because dadcore is masculinity. Takes a bit of effort to pull off and not look like a meme.
>>
>>11831943
you look like you don't even lift
>>
>541 athletic fit is 50$ on sale
>541 straight leg is 30$
>its materials are way off than their normal 541
>it's still Levi retailer
>dont know if its tapered

need some advice real quick.
I'm 18, 6ft, 147 12-14% bodyfat, with most of it being stored around the lower abdomen(minor issue), ass, and thighs.(i'm pretty sure it's closer to 14% rn).

My thighs are about 23 inches in circumference, from the looks of them i believe they're made up of about 40% fat. However, I lift 3 times a week, all of these days including a leg exercise(squats, dead lift, power cleans). My legs are actually pretty weak, so i don't think muscle is really an issue here at all.

the question is, when I lean bulk should I cut back on the leg exercises if I want to be slightly above dyel mode at about 155? rn I'm slow cutting to at least 143, kinda skelly for me, but I'm in cross country and I can't really bulk anyway.

I'm still eligible for newbgainz, so lifting and running a tad on a moderate deficit could yield some muscle mass and slow fat burn, n?
>>
go full rugbycore and only wear shorts
(also get big thighs and average calves because big ones are yucky)
>>
>>11831266
I feel your pain.
I've just kind of given up and stick to gymcore or slav tracksuits.
Life is suffering.

Never bulk over 15% BF. You should be cutting, HARD dude.
>>
>>11833212
you don't cut unless you already have a good muscle base or are obese

otherwise you end up Auschwitz mode
>>
>>11833212
and you don't cut HARD either

200~ defict and implement cardio

thick legs due to genetics and excercise

how 2 reduce leg girth /fa/
>>
>>11833330
>>11833336
Ayy lmao my dude, if your legs are 40% fat then you definitely are obese
And what you said is fucking wrong unless you're a bodybuilder at the edge of what his body can build even on his roid-infused training and nutrition plan, for the average joe making muscle gainz on a hard cut (while still having enough fat reserves) is perfectly possible.
>>
>>11833339
also dont want to calorie deficit because i literally cant function without eating my daily intake and also 18 so might(???) still grow so dont want 2 fuck that up
>>
>>11833340
I don't even know what you're talking about.

If you're obese you're obese, you don't need to look up the bf% of your legs to know, just look at your belly.

hard cut refers to eating 800~ or more in deficit, good luck running any linear progression program on that much of a deficit without stalling every session and always looking like a dyel.

body recomp (eating at maintenence) or bulking until you get a nice strength and muscle base then cutting will make you at least an ottermode in the end, not dyel.

>but I want my 6 pack NOW!

ok, enjoy looking like a twig.

Relaxed fit or straight leg pants from Patagonia, Carhartt, or any other outdoorsman clothing brand. Alternatively, you could go for a pair of pants from Dickies for a loosewave/grunge fit.
>>
Just wear stretch pants

I live in Sweden, I can't wear shorts all year round.

>>11833859

>>
>>11831525
Those fit well. There are more ways for clothes to fit than slim. The fact that you conflate them with autism jeans shows you have no eye for fashion.
>>
>>11831266
Somehow Zara skinny jeans fit really comfy despite having a large butt/thighs (3pl8 squat). The quality is fairly shit though, they'll only last a few months.
>>
>>11834305
If you walk around like that with pants fitting like that and cuffs that way, most are gonna think your mom bought those and cuffed them for you
>>
>>11834352
You're literally too insecure to wear pants that fit cause you're worried people are as autistic as you and will think that your mom bought them for you. You ask for pants for larger legs, and when someone posts what you ask for, you say you want something slim. We know why you started lifting, fucking austistic beta.
>>
>>11834367
wew lad you sure sound triggered, did I touch a nerve?

Calm down, I just don't like to wear pants that fit like that.
